Purpura Family Session
Jaime & Michael | Married
Kim & Kris | Married
Kayla & Will | Engaged
Purpura Family Session This family was down in Corpus Christi visiting over Labor Day weekend, and they were interested in having some photos taken of their little one. She was one of the best small children I have ever worked with, and had such a fun personality. She wasn't too sure of the grass at first, but it grew on her. Her little beach portrait session on in Port Aransas didn't last too long - we didn't want her fair skin to get burned to a crisp by the September noon-day sun.
Jaime & Michael | Married Jaime & Michael's wedding was held at Corpus Christi's Art Center, downtown on Shoreline. It was the first wedding that I have photographed where the park alongside the Art Center was utilized for the ceremony. It is such a beautiful little park with so much potential, and Jaime and Michael capitalized on it.
Kim & Kris | Married A mutual friend introduced me to Kim and Kris who were planning their wedding at a friend's farm outside of Portland, Texas. It was the first time I had been out to this road along Nueces Bay and loved the space and the views. Kim and Kris had a very simple, but effective plan for their wedding ceremony and reception.
Kayla & Will | Engaged Kayla and Will were looking to have their engagement session done on Padre Island near Bob Hall Pier - so we decided to meet up for their engagement session on the beach one late afternoon to give us about 45 minutes of shooting time before the sun set. The two were very eager for their session and excited once we started shooting. They really didn't need much guidance and were lots of fun to work with. The weather could not have been better and we had beautiful blue skies with white clouds - perfect beach engagement weather.

I am a freelance photographer & designer with over ten years of experience with film and the constant need to refine my skills. I enjoy the challenges that photography presents--with numerous variables to contend with, each image truly is a puzzle.
I am always looking for my next project; whether you have a small family gathering you'd like to remember, a band who's looking for some promo shots, a venue that wants to portray its spaciousness to prospective clients, or a magazine looking for stock photos, I'm ready for your assignment.

Jason Page

I am here to capture your wedding day. I am your photojournalist-your eyes to remind you of the things you saw, and to show you the things you didn't see. I don't have special packages, glitzy marketing or complicated pricing. Instead, I'd rather meet over coffee and show you my work.

I devote myself to your wedding day. I have no set time limits because special moments can happen any time. In one of our pre-wedding meetings, we'll discuss a wedding day timeline, and when and where you'd like me to photograph: 8am-nail salon; 11amBridal brunch; 1:30pm-Guys getting ready; 2:30-Guys grabbing a cold one; 3:30-Bride getting ready; 5:30Ceremony; and so forth. I make every effort to keep time open for your ceremony rehearsal as well.

I don't believe in limiting (or predicting) how few or how many images your wedding will generate, but I do believe in hand-picking the very best for you. Each wedding is different, and each wedding party & family is different. Although I can't say how many shots I may take, I do venture to say that every shot you get will be the best. Along these same lines-my pricing includes a disc with copies of your wedding photos. You're also licensed to print and use these images online for personal use in any way, shape or form.

Although you're able to make your own prints, most likely you don't want to try to make prints for your entire family, or family-in-laws. I provide to you an online gallery you can share with as many (or as few) people as you choose. For the first two months it remains password protected. Family, friends, wedding guests and yourselves will be able to order prints as well as purchase rights to download individual digital files to print or use online for personal use.

A recap of my services provided to you on your wedding day:

  • Myself as photographer on your wedding day
  • Copies of your wedding photos on disc with the license to print and use the images online
  • Wedding Photo hosting online

Shorter Coverage

In case your wedding doesn't call for an extended amount of coverage and you'd rather limit yourself, Coverage Only runs $175/hour and includes the same benefits as my standard rate. This is definitely suitable for those who may be performing a small, short beach wedding.

Additional Options

A one hour photo session including the engaged, for use along with newspaper announcements, save-the-dates, invitation, etc. Two 5x7 prints are part of the session price.

Bridal Session $175

A one hour photo session with the Bride and her wedding dress. One 16x20 print is part of the session price.

A one hour photo session with the Groom and his outfit of choice. One 16x20 print is part of the session price.

Rehearsal & Rehearsal Dinner $75 / hour

Extra Coverage Day of Wedding $300

For an extra photographer for the duration of your wedding day. Definitely recommended when bride and groom are getting ready in separate places or you intend to have 200 guests or more. Almost a necessity when working with a bridal party larger than ten people (bride & groom, 4 each groomsmen and bridesmaids.)

Trash-the-Dress Session $175

Many modern brides have little use for their beautiful dresses after their wedding day. A new alternative to wrapping them in plastic and burying them under junk in the attic is a Trash-the-Dress session (or TTD.) We go on a photoshoot, limited only by your imagination. Rolling in the grass, playing with children, crawling on the sand in the surf, or surfing for that matter. Whatever your forte, you're covered.

Album DesignStarting at $90

With modern printing methods and presses, gone are the days of stiff cardstock pages and photographs only held in by the corners. Complete album design is available, incorporating all of your favorite wedding, engagement, bridal and personal images into a bound book. From small 7x7 soft cover books to 12x18 leatherbound goliaths, you can have a custom wedding album designed to your liking.
