By appointment, I can photograph an entire property, ensuring that potential home buyers browsing MLS websites will have detailed and brilliant photos of your listing. I have been asked many times about creating and hosting virtual tours of homes, however I would rather assist you in selecting a virtual tour provider based on your current and future needs. I am a photographer and although 360 degree panoramic photos are neat, most home buyers would rather see natural photos taken of the home; homes are photographed the way they appear in print & magazines. Instead of a virtual tour, I can create a real tour of the home through HD video, a much more appealing and captivating method of showcasing all of the selling points and details of the home.

Many of my previous home sessions can be viewed on my fulfillment site. Each agency and agent can be set up with a unique password for their photos if desired. All photos are provided as web-resolution images with a short side length of 1500 pixels, more than suitable for use with leading virtual tour providers and facebook. Image sizing can be customized if needed. All of the images can be downloaded via this website any time of day or night.

Elevated photography is an additional option to catch potential buyer's attention. When compared side by side, most people prefer the aerial option with the eye-level option. Most times, the elevated images can be taken the same day and time as the home session. Photos are taken from a height between 15 and 30 feet.
