Riley is the little flower girl (and niece) of one of my previous wedding couples, Ashley & Ken. Her third birthday was approaching, so Ashley decided to get her a quick portrait session for her birthday. We decided to do the session in the morning down by the Art Museum of South Texas and the Watergardens. We wanted to get as much done as quickly as we could because the temperature and humidity were stifiling.
Little Riley was a joy to work with - I have to admit that I have never photographed a child before who was so into being photographed. She also had her own visions and ideas of where she wanted to be photographed. All-in-all we got a couple dozen great shots and she got to have fun being photographed.
