Sell your home.
Leave the photography to me.
Real Estate Photography in the Corpus Christi, Coastal Bend, & South Texas areas is what I do every day. With a portfolio encompassing $20k teardowns to $4.5MM waterfront luxury homes, you can bet that I’ve photographed a residence near you. In fact, since 2010, I have photographed over 8,300 listings totaling millions of square feet of residential property. I routinely cover the area within 45 miles of downtown Corpus Christi - from Kingsville to Refugio, Lake Corpus Christi to Port Aransas, and everywhere in between. However, I’m not limited to that area; I travel extensively across south Texas and can help you photograph any real estate listing in south Texas and beyond.
How should I prepare for listing photos?
Preparing your home for real estate photos can be intimidating, especially if this is the first time you’ve sold your home (or it’s been a few years since the last time you sold your home. Your Corpus Christi area real estate agent will be the best resource for your property.
I’ve put together a non-exhaustive list of things that help out tremendously when it comes time for me to photograph your home. Of course, many of these same things will help you get your home ready for showings, and ultimately to sell.

Why use a professional real estate photographer?
Faster Sales: Fairly priced listings featuring professional photography typically sell faster, spending less time on the market compared to homes with few or substandard images.
Enhanced Online Engagement: Homes with professional photos receive more attention than those with amateur images, increasing the likelihood of attracting potential buyers.
Aerial Photography Advantage: Waterfront & acreage properties showcased with aerial photos also attract more attention, providing prospective buyers with a comprehensive view of the property and its surroundings.
Stress Reduction for Agents and Sellers Engaging a professional photographer alleviates the burden of capturing and editing property images, allowing real estate agents and homeowners to focus on other critical aspects of the selling process. Delegating photography tasks to professionals frees up valuable time for agents and sellers, enabling them to concentrate on client interactions and negotiations. For real estate agents, investing in professional photography isn't just about selling properties—it's also about building a personal brand. High-quality images reflect well on the agent, signaling to clients that they are serious about marketing and committed to presenting each property in the best possible light.
Real Estate Photography
As I said before, this is my specialty. When you book me to photograph your listing, you are getting the experience of home photography I’ve garnered since 2010. With two different techniques, you can choose whether you’d like standard or enhanced listing photos.
Real Estate Video
It’s only natural to take the eye I have for real estate photography and apply that to moving images of listings. Utilizing similar techniques as my still photography, I’m able to lead potential buyers through your listing, giving them a front-row seat to their next home.
Real Estate 3D Tours
Life is more virtual than ever now, and since 2016 I have been creating virtual 3D models of existing homes - models that give buyers the chance to explore a listing prior to ever stepping through the front door. Perfect for homes where foot traffic needs to be kept down, or those luxury listings looking for out of town buyers. View an example>>
