Real Estate Photography in the Corpus Christi, Coastal Bend, & South Texas areas is my ‘day job’. With a portfolio encompassing $20k teardowns to $4.5MM waterfront luxury homes, you can bet that I’ve photographed a residence near you. In fact, since 2010, I have photographed over 8,200 homes & properties totaling over 14.7 million square feet of property listings. I routinely cover the area within 45 miles of downtown Corpus Christi - from Kingsville to Refugio, Lake Corpus Christi to Port Aransas, and everywhere in between. However, I’m not limited to that area; I travel extensively across south Texas and can help you photograph any real estate listing in south Texas and beyond.

It’s only natural to take the eye I have for real estate photography and apply that to moving images of listings. Utilizing similar techniques as my still photography, I’m able to lead potential buyers through your listing, giving them a front-row seat to their next home.

Life is more virtual than ever now, and since 2016 I have been creating virtual true 3D models of existing homes - models that give buyers the chance to explore a listing prior to ever stepping through the front door. How should I prepare for listing photos?
Preparing your home for real estate photos can be intimidating, especially if this is the first time you’ve sold your home (or it’s been a few years since the last time you sold your home. Your Corpus Christi area real estate agent will be the best resource for your property.
I’ve put together a non-exhaustive list of things that help out tremendously when it comes time for me to photograph your home. Of course, many of these same things will help you get your home ready for showings, and ultimately to sell.
