Short Term Rental & Vacation Rental Photography in the Corpus Christi, Coastal Bend, & South Texas areas is my ‘day job’. With a portfolio that includes everything from 380 sqft efficiency rentals to 4,000+ sqft waterfront luxury vacation rentals, I’ve likely photographed a short-term rental near yours. We all know short term rentals aren’t just a beach thing - I routinely cover the area within 45 miles of downtown Corpus Christi - from Kingsville to Refugio, Lake Corpus Christi to Port Aransas, and everywhere in between. However, I’m not limited to that area; I travel extensively across south Texas and can help you photograph any real estate listing in south Texas and beyond.

Standard Vacation Rental Photography

Standard photography for short-term rentals includes interior photos (without guaranteed window views) and basic lighting that combines the ambient light in your rental with flash. Color correction is done, however, color casts from interior lighting can’t always be corrected.
Exterior photography encompasses the exterior of your rental, any yard space, and amenities (community parks, pools, boardwalks, etc.)

Enhanced photography for short-term rentals includes interior photos with guaranteed window views (if needed) and enhanced lighting that balances ambient light and flash to provide a more natural looking image with fewer color casts and obviously unnatural shadows.
Exterior photography encompasses the exterior of your rental, any yard space, and amenities (community parks, pools, boardwalks, etc.)
