Silver ADDY Award Winner

On February 24th, the Corpus Christi chapter of the American Advertising Federation held the local round of the American Advertising Awards competition (part of a national competition of all things advertising related.) I submitted two entries for this year’s AAAs and was honored to be awarded a Silver ADDY Award in the Elements of Advertising - Photography category for work I did on behalf of the Texas State Aquarium.

Last spring I was tasked with working to create a library of stock images featuring the TSA’s wildlife - and one of the shots I created was an ethereal, almost dreamy, photo of one flamingo in their flock. The image found use in several social media posts (and a sibling shot was utilized for some of their billboard campaign.)
