New Construction Photography | 2401 Blessed
As the 2023 Parade of Homes was preparing to start, MDR Advertising was interested in having their client’s model home and Parade home photographed for new marketing content. I have worked with Hogan Homes for several years now, and I truly appreciate the quality and character they build into their homes throughout the Coastal Bend. This Flour Bluff new construction home carries a contemporary farmhouse theme throughout, includes a split-floorplan arrangement, has a large central open concept living and kitchen space with a sit-down kitchen island, and a separate formal dining space and front office. Two of the bedrooms share a bathroom, while the third has an adjacent bathroom. The primary bedroom suite has enough space for a sitting area next to the large windows, and a spacious dual-vanity bath en suite with an extra-large walk-in shower.
I photographed this in a hybrid manner depending on the space and lighting and window pulls (clear views out of windows) was not a priority due to aesthetic reasons. Along with the photography of this new construction home, a Matterport 3D tour was created for use in their marketing materials.
