Padre Island Real Estate Photography | La Blanquilla
Another full set of photos from a standard real estate photography session on Padre Island. These are typical results from a new construction listing including multiple angles throughout the entire home as well as exterior photos from the rear and front of the property. I don’t guarantee a specific number of images, nor do I limit the number of delivered photos - I never know what kind of situation I may walk into (especially with occupied homes). My standard real estate photography typically includes at least two angles from bedrooms, three angles from primary bedrooms, at least one angle from each bathroom, and three to four angles from common spaces such as living rooms, kitchens, dens, playrooms, etc. When it comes to exterior photos, I try to capture angles that properly show off a listing’s outdoor space, from porches, balconies, courtyards, yards, etc. When real estate listings include other amenities, I try to take several photos if possible. For Padre Island waterfront homes, it helps if the seller or agent has a connection to an owner across the canal to obtain access to a waterside elevation photo. If there is a vacant lot and I’m able to photograph the entire house from the street, I will do so. Unfortunately, due to sticker burrs and trespassing, I won’t set foot on vacant properties to get a closer photo. In case there isn’t rear access, we can always schedule my drone pilot to capture the home from all angles.
Padre Island vacation rental photography is done in a much similar fashion as this real estate listing photography. A session similar to this one takes between 20 and 40 minutes. While this is my standard real estate photography option, I do offer an enhanced real estate photography session that guarantees window views (especially useful for those waterfront properties).
