After sharing two examples of my standard real estate photography, I thought it was time to give you an example of an enhanced real estate photography session I did in Corpus Christi. This home was actually the Coastal Bend Builder’s Association 2023 Signature Home for the Parade of Homes. The main spaces throughout this new construction home were beautifully staged (which makes my job so much easier.) The primary advantage that an enhanced real estate photography session has over my standard sessions is the window views. Secondary to that, the lighting appears more natural and the colors are more accurate. I don’t always suggest enhanced sessions when the window views aren’t of anything particularly aesthetic. I do feel like the views from this home aren’t particularly a selling point (fences, other houses, vehicles on the street) but they aren’t too distracting.
Enhanced real estate photography in Corpus Christi takes around double the time compared with my standard sessions - this home took about an hour and a half on-site, and photos are usually ready within 48 hours.
