Who could pass up any opportunity to watch the US Navy’s Blue Angel team (even if it’s just a practice run.) I took 20 minutes to snap a few shots and marvel at the pure skill these naval aviators exude.
Winter Bollards in Port Aransas
In the winter, Port Aransas residents (and resident Winter Texans) create little knitted sweaters for bollards located along the beach. These were some of the favorites my son and I picked out when we headed to the beach, birding for gulls.
