A new client was looking for some real estate photography for a Corpus Christi listing they had coming up in the Terra Mar area. I had a packed schedule but the agent was flexible with their shooting schedule since the home was vacant and on a lockbox. This flexibility let me get to it sooner than I thought when another real estate photography session was canceled*. Since it was my last property of the day, I had a little more time I could devote to photographing this home. Instead of providing my standard listing photography, I opted to utilize my enhanced real estate photography method in order to provide some crystal clear window views and more accurate coloring.
To provide a great example of what I provide, this gallery contains the entire image set as delivered to the real estate agent. While I never guarantee a specific number of photos for a home photo shoot, on average I deliver between 35 and 50 images for most detached homes.
*Canceled real estate photography sessions are never charged a cancellation fee - it’s just another service I provide my customers.
