Hospitality Photography | Residence Inn Downtown
In 2019 Corpus Christi saw its newest hotel open downtown. I had reached out to the owner during construction about scheduling some hospitality photography for the soon-to-open Residence Inn Downtown Corpus Christi. When the majority of the project was complete, the management scheduled a walk-through to acquaint me with the scope of their photography needs. They sent me information from their franchisor regarding the mandatory method & technique required for their hospitality photography. While HDR isn’t my typical style as required in the brand guide provided to me, it’s definitely a more simple technique than my standard practices.
Overall we had three different shoot dates scheduled to accommodate room availability, amenity availability, construction timelines, and weather. Anytime I’m photographing hotels or motels, the staff is a key element in making sure it’s a smooth shoot. Ensuring that the room visually meets their brand standards, saves me time and their money from having rooms reshot (for example, if pillows aren’t correctly placed.)
Hospitality photography is definitely an extension of my everyday practice of real estate photography, and it fits in perfectly with destination marketing around Corpus Christi.
When it comes to Hospitality Photography in Corpus Christi, I’m experienced at photographing hotels, motels, AirBNBs, VRBOs, Apartments, and Condo & Townhome communities. Regardless if you’re in need of interior or exterior photos, just the amenities, or lifestyle photography of your property, I’d love to schedule a time to talk with you about your needs.
