Padre Island new construction home building has been non-stop; every few days I’m getting called out to photograph a new construction home in various stages of readiness. Toscana Homes contacted me about getting some almost-complete photography of their new construction home on Lafitte. This sprawling home has four bedrooms, a giant open living & kitchen space overlooking the side yard, and an expansive three-car garage.
A home with a true neutral color palette such as this makes new construction photography a breeze. The primary bedroom did have a subtle, beautiful greenish-neutral wall color. Throughout, this home is very well lit, and has lots of natural light in practically every room. I look forward to seeing what final touches are done on this home in the near future!
