As a real estate photographer, Corpus Christi’s bay area always holds gems waiting to be found. This home was recently renovated - and while renovations can result in older homes losing their charm - I believe they did a fantastic job keeping the charm throughout. Amy Stewart with Island Chic Home Staging had reached out to me a few weeks back as home renovations were wrapping to get on my real estate photography calendar. I know the houses she stages are always so well put together.
This Louisiana Ave home has 3 large bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and boasts around 2,600 sqft on a lot over 1/3 acre. The vintage stone facade stands out with the beautiful dark grey trim. Inside, they went with some nice neutrals throughout complemented with a traditional white trim. It looks like most of the original built-ins and storage have survived throughout the years (even some exterior built-in shelves were intact. The room I immediately gravitated towards while photographing this home was the bonus living space that could be an open den or playroom with lots of indirect natural light spilling in.
